A Final Semester

The attention span of a goldfish, huh?

In design, you get one first impression- it’s the span of a few seconds (at most), and it means everything.

I recently had the pleasure of connecting with NMC’s senior Visual Communications students, offering feedback on their portfolios and presentations. From packaging and personal branding to animations about goldfish, these graduates have accomplished a lot!

It was great to see the varying perspectives and creative approaches they’ve developed during these formative years.

In just a few short review sessions, they reminded me how powerful a bold first impression can be, captured my attention, and acted as strong examples of NMC’s education and valuable industry preparation.

Congrats to NMC’s class of 2025!
